I learned that you are prtety happy with it, but not exstatic, which makes for a seemingly more honest review. Our first baby is coming in a month, but I’m certainly no stranger to car seats. The fact that you mentioned that its a bit smaller than other seats is actually, in my opinion, a good thing. I have had difficulty installing some of the larger ones in my small car (Focus Hatchback). From the technical standpoint, I’m actually suprised at the amount of science that went into designing this car seat. It seems like too often, manufacturers do what they think might possibly maybe be better without actually looking at the truth behind it or simply make something that looks better or is slightly easier to use without improving the actual function of the seat.Enough of my ramblings.
